As the wholly owned investment management subsidiary of the Greater London Authority (GLA), London Treasury Limited (LTL) is the Principal Portfolio Manager of the London Treasury Liquidity Fund (LTLF), a unique investment partnership between 6 local authorities with ambitions to expand across London and beyond, structured as a registered Alternative Investment Fund (AIF).

In addition to managing our flagship fund’s portfolio, we provide discretionary portfolio management and strategic advice on corporate finance and debt management to clients as part of the GLA’s shared treasury management service. We also provide green finance services including carbon impact analysis and project appraisal, at the heart of London’s ambition for Net Zero Carbon by 2030.
