Kenroy has over 20 years of experience in impact investment. Leveraging his MA in International Finance, he has established several investment funds in the SME and low carbon sectors, including the Greater London Investment Fund and Mayor of London Energy Efficiency Fund.

Ruvarashe has a decade of experience in the sustainability and carbon mitigation space. Her background spans mineral processing in Zimbabwe, consultancy in South Africa and Asia, and extensive work on energy efficiency projects in the UK. Ruvarashe holds degrees in Chemical Engineering and Environmental Engineering and an MSc in Energy Management.

Sandeep is an Economics graduate with over 17 years of experience working in the public sector. He leads on the financial analysis of environmental projects. Previously Sandeep worked at the GLA, most recently as the Programme Manager for an international smart cities project delivered in six European cities.

Zhongzhe is a CFA charterholder and holds an MPhil in Engineering from the University of Cambridge with a specialisation in Sustainable Development. He has experience working as a Climate Risk Specialist in the financial industry and a Sustainability Engineer in a building consultancy.

Maggie is the head of Funding London since 2009, managing seven funds with over £150m of assets. She manages LCIF’s co-investment partner relationships. Previously Maggie worked in M&A and capital markets at Hawkpoint Partners (now Canaccord Genuity) and Mazars.

Puneet leads LCIF’s investment team. He manages the transaction lifecycle experience from origination, diligence, negotiation, and legals to post investment board level support and exits. Previously Puneet worked for Deutsche Bank, DB Ventures, Ernst & Young.

Robert leads LCIF’s portfolio management. Prior to this, Robert gained experience working with early-stage companies carrying out due diligence for Family Offices and before that assisting companies fundraising while working at an Angel group.

Bianca oversees Funding London and London Treasury marketing initiatives and business support programme. She has a bachelor’s degree in economics and over five years of experience in marketing and project management in the financial industry.

Jade joined the SME and Venture Capital team in 2022 and oversees the marketing needs across LTL. As the marketing executive, she also looks after Funding London’s startup accelerator for diverse founders. Jade holds a MSc in International Marketing.

Solene, with 15 years in corporate finance, including over 5 years in treasury, serves as Chief of Staff. Her extensive financial experience in both public and private sector organisations, supports a strong understanding of corporate and treasury strategy and operations.

As Company Secretary & Head of Governance, Isabelle boasts 15 years of experience in corporate secretaryship and corporate governance across private, public, and third sectors. Her ACG Chartered Secretary qualification, coupled with director and trustee experience, highlights her comprehensive expertise.

Jayne is an accomplished Senior Executive Assistant with over 30 Years working in the Investment/Financial Sector. Providing key organisational skills, administrative and business support to the CEO and Senior Management team.

Hiruni has an analytical background with experience in treasury and credit functions within financial services institutions. Hiruni is an Analyst intern, working in rotations within the Treasury Management, Green Finance and Investment teams.

Rob joined LTL in August 2023 as Chief Risk Officer, responsible for risk and compliance. Previously he held senior compliance roles at asset management firms including BAE Systems, CCLA, Black River and Cargill. Rob is a Chartered Fellow of CISI.

Candida has extensive experience in senior finance roles within private equity and in different sector and geographic centric Funds. She previously worked for Candover, GMT Partners, Greater Pacific Capital and Hunnewell Partners. Candida is qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA) and was made a fellow in 2006.

Ilja manages the financial reporting of the LTL Group, including the London Treasury Liquidity Fund, which he played a central role in designing. A Chartered Public Finance Accountant, Ilja’s background is in local government finance. He worked at the GLA as a treasury accountant before joining LTL.

Sami, serving as the Management Accountant, holds an MBA and MSc. With a robust foundation in finance and accounting, Sami plays a pivotal role in ensuring effective financial management and providing valuable support for strategic decision-making.
