As Deputy Director, Jihan brings 20 years of experience as an investment professional across structured credit, private markets, and capital allocation. She began her career at Morgan Stanley before spending over a decade in senior leadership positions at Permira Credit, ultimately becoming Managing Director and serving on the Investment Committee. Jihan also brings deep expertise in stakeholder and investor relations, as well as market engagement.
