Previously London Treasury’s Chief Executive Officer and GLA’s Chief Investment Officer, Luke oversaw major project finance, net zero carbon initiatives, SME and housing investments, and the GLA Group’s treasury shared service. He has 18+ years’ experience in corporate treasury, pension fund management, and private markets. As of 1st May 2025, Luke takes on a new position as Non Executive Director.
